Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Email support@falconactual.com before sending anything back. See our refund policy for eligibility and instructions.
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@falconactual.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
We’ll send tracking information once your order ships and contact you if processing is delayed. International deliveries may also take longer for customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to eligible destinations, with services and rates shown at checkout. Free U.S. shipping offers do not apply internationally unless a promotion says otherwise.
For duties, taxes, and international return shipping, see our shipping policy.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping rates (USD):
- Orders under $20: $2.00 shipping
- Orders from $20 to $49.99: $6.95 standard shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping
Other available shipping services and international rates are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
